Enabling DLSS as the upscaling method crashes game, afterwards every launch will crash at startup

I'm not 100% sure if this is a Deadlock thing or a Nvidia thing but whatever.

After the latest patch, I noticed that my game would not launch properly and would instead freeze up when usually it would start loading shaders. Sometimes these freezes were followed by a crash, other times I had to close the .exe via Task Manager. Game was unplayable.

Did a bit of troubleshooting, discovered that deleting the video.txt file in game -> citadel -> cfg would fix it, went in game with reset video settings which fixed the situation (as the upscaling doesn't default to DLSS when creating the new video.txt file).

However, when switching to DLSS manually from settings, the situation loops itself once again until the video.txt file is deleted and the settings are reset.

As this all was quite annoying, figured it'd be worth mentioning.
Using a 4070S + 5600x + 16gb ddr4 ram rig.
Nvidia drivers were version 591.86 but I only updated to this version from an older one after the crashing had started.
