Didn't take a video of it, but shown above. I was playing a bot match on hard difficulty as Seven and had just destroyed a Sinner's Sacrifice and two boxes next to the centre path, before finding this empty pickup in the corner. It had collision and could not be picked up. Given the positioning and the round time, it was presumably from a box next to the Sinner's, but I was unable to replicate this in the map exploration mode (used testing tools to increase game speed significantly and shot at the boxes for ~3 minutes, destroyed the Sinner's at 2 minutes to see if it made a difference, no results.)
I do not remember interacting with the boxes, and noticed the empty pickup only after destroying the Sinner's. No bots were in the surrounding area and the boxes did not respawn at any point while I was there.
Additionally, I noted the camera drifting upward during my test session even when my mouse was still or I was in the menu. I have a recording of this happening.
