box that spawns out-of-bounds -- totally inaccessible

i found a box that spawns out of bounds and is totally inaccessible

it behind the walls in a corner on yellow lane from the hidden king's side

attached video is me joining an Explore NYC lobby and going to the location, then going into noclip mode and waiting for boxes to spawn (2 minutes) to show where it is.

On the same topic, there are a couple boxes hidden away under the map here-- however, they are able to be gotten by walking over them (or sliding).
