Electricity box prevents jumping next to the Fish Market

This electric box next to the Fish Market (both sides, shown only one in the picture) can be climbed. Upon climbing and hugging the wall, the model goes half inside the wall. Even not hugging the wall though, it's impossible to jump or wall jump off the wall. Only way to do it is to climb on the box, slide after mantling and walljumping from there.
