Dynamo's head glow moves around after AFKing for a while (model problem?)

I'm only posting this to help maybe make it easier to identify why this bug happened. It might be related to the new patch, since I haven't seen it before but I'm not sure.

I wish I had more details to share, but there's not much else I can think of. I launched the game, alt-tabbed to do other things, and after about 15 minutes, I returned to find the glow in the wrong position. I hadn't moved anywhere in the hideout.

Now I'm fairly certain the issue is triggered just by AFKing. While writing this, I noticed the glow shifted slightly again. Picture 3 and 4 show the glow's incorrect position after AFKing for a while, and its proper position after switching heroes.

Yeah, it's weird because I can't reproduce it now for some reason. When the bug happened, my hero was already on Dynamo (I didn't have to switch heroes). I thought maybe that was related somehow, but I tried to reproduce it both ways (once switching heroes and once hero already being Dynamo when the game launches), and it didn't work both times.
