Dynamo quantam singularity controls have been broken.

A recent change that merged the behavior of alt cast and modifier has made it more difficult to cast consistently.

Prior to the patch, holding the alt cast modifier and pressing quantam singularity would instantly transport you the allies with out a preview window.

Now the current behavior pressing the button and alt cast will still bring up a preview window and ask for confirmation.

It actually requires more inputs to altcast with modifier then it is to regular cast and press 'bring allies' which can not be intended.
