Dynamo kinetic pulse incorrect t1 description

Kinetic pulse t1 upgrade says that it slows movement and fire rate by 40%, in testing it applied a fire rate slow of 25%

This is still an issue. The tooltip says 35% (which seems to be true for the movement slow) but the fire rate slow is 25%.

I do understand that "Hit enemies are fire rate slowed by 25% and movement slowed by 35% for 4 seconds" is a lot of words for a small tooltip area, but we do want accurate info on our abilities.
