Title. Dynamos teleport will cast when leveling 1-5ap bonus when you have quickcast enabled. Even clicking the ability icon with tab/alt will cause the ability to cast.
(Note I also alt/self cast on double click, this doesn't seem to affect it but worth mentioning.)
