I killed a denizen, finished a sinner's sacrifice, destroyed two boxes before the clip starts.
Ava form ending around the same time I bought the extra health? I can't seem to reproduce in explore NYC mode by going to the same shop and setting health to low. Maybe I'm just missing something. This happened in a bot game.
