Drifter stops firing bullets if his fire rate is too high

Probably won't come up in most real games, but figured it was worth reporting anyway. Seems to start happening somewhere above 300% fire rate. Rate of fire effects here were Kinetic Dash, Fury Trance, Surge of Power, Mercurial Magnum, Focus Lens, Vampiric Burst, Spiritual Overflow, Glass Cannon with max stacks, Ricochet, Frenzy, Shadow Weave, and Drifter 2.
