Doorman Ult Change Suggestion

Doorman's ult has been a pretty big contentious thing for many people with it either being very oppressive or completely negligible depending on how good you are at movement. This has become even more of a thing thanks to his new T3 which refunds the cooldown on his ultimate on a failed escape.

Right now there are 0 stamina routes that can get you out, which is easier and easier in the late-game once you have items meaning the ultimate loses a lot of its threat in later fights while also making the T3 feel rather useless unless the opponent messes up a jump.
Some characters can escape even with knockdown + slowing hex applied to them showing just how polarizing this ability is since it's just a skill check from the targeted player.

As a suggestion I was thinking it might be interesting to have the size of the Baroness (or the duration) scale inversely with boon level. In the early game, the time to escape the Baroness becomes longer, but in the lategame it becomes shorter. Alternatively, it might be worth looking into changing the layout of the Baroness ever so slightly to make 0 stamina routes more difficult to do. The refund was a great way to reduce people just counterspelling the ultimate, but it might be worth looking at other ways to make this ability more interesting to use.
