This works only with Dynamo and Wraith TP, because they are TP's that create a point and teleport you to this point after a short time.
When you get ulted by Doorman and that you have Counterspell, you need to counterspell right before the end of the ult and instantly tp after counterspell get triggered, so it successfully set the tp point in the ult room, and tp you in it, as using counterspell nullify the micro stun the end of the doorman ult create.
This makes you to be soft lock in the ult room.

IMPORTANT EDIT : Actually, the trick with counterspell only allow dynamo to stay in the room, Wraith can stay in it even without counterspelling by tping in the right timing. (It is shown too in this tread).
This is still not working with Sinclair, Pocket or any other char, just Wraith in every situation and Dynamo right after a counterspell.
