Hello Valve,
Just playing around in the hideout, we have observed that the 4 second -100% weapon accuracy debuff applied by Call Bell only works for about 0.5 seconds. Video proof is attached. FYI, the enemy doorman has no items in the clip.
We've tested with many (not all) heroes and they all consistenly only have about 0.5s/1s of weapon inaccuracy.
