Doorman 3 Casts When Leveling It Up If Your Alternate Cast Is "Press and Hold"

When your alternate cast mode is Press and Hold, leveling up Doorman's 3 (Luggage Cart) by holding Tab and pressing the ability button will cast. This does not happen with his other abilities, thankfully.

Just to add more info, this is an issue for all abilities that have an alt cast + mina's sanguine retreat
