Alternate cast cannot be changed in hero-specific keybinds.When changing alternate cast mode (say 'Alternate Cast Button to 'Press and Hold'), regardless if you are selecting default or selecting a hero it will change the setting globally.
(This is particularly annoying on doorman as I would like to have 'Press and Hold as my cast option but I can't as holding door down is how you see where I am placing it and I can't change it on just doorman due to this bug)
