Distinction between stats on Greater Expansion and Divine Barrier?

Is there any particular reason (mechanical or otherwise) why Greater Expansion and Divine Barrier have the same stat formatted differently? Both have Ability Range, but Divine Barrier simply has it listed as a stat (like health would be on many other items) while Expansion has it listed as a big passive block of text. I've tested Divine Barrier and it extends the range of items as well, so to my knowledge there's no mechanical distinction here.
