Disconnecting in Ranked AKA People are flooding IP's

I really don't have proof at the moment but it's been ALWAYS happening when I play ranked and I find it really weird, when it just so happens I have a lead in a lane...
On top of that then you get a low priority penalty. My questions I are, how can I stop this from happening, is this likely that people are doing this with flooding IP's, and what can Valve do, or can they find out. I'm sure there are a lot of variables, but there has been WAY tooo many happening in RANKED for it just to be a issues with my internet. 25019297 matchID also the timing of me connecting back, the mcginnis and infernus DC also...or quit? Then also Warden left.... I get people might quit but...not like this... This random DC's happens to much in ranked.

If you use a VPN it'll hide your IP address. It's unlikely that it's an issue of flooding your IP, and more likely the issue with deadlock crashing a lot after the last patch.

However, using a VPN will fix the issue IF that's the problem you're having. Here's Valve's statement on peer-to-peer IP sharing: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/1433-AD20-F11D-B71E
