Disconnecting headphones caused deadlock to black screen me

I was in a deadlock match and I wanted to talk to my teammates and deadlock didn't use my headphone mic so I disconnect my headphone to talk to my teammates and I get a black screen and eventually I had to reset my computer. It was repeatable too.
