Disconnected From Server, Banned from Queue

Through steam and game network issues, was disconnected from game. Eventually had to restart computer which corrected issue. I rejoined and completed the game, only to be greeted with a 15 minute queue ban.

This has happened to me for the past like 3 days or so, I get the "No Steam Logon" message and everyday ive been kicked and stuck in a loop of not being able to reconnect so Ive now racked up a bunch of abandons and am banned for like 6 hours today.
