Didnt get into a match and got banned

I was on a game and losed(I didn't say anything or type anything so I guess it's not my fault), when I started another matchmaking in the lobby, after 3 mins it stopped and when I checked the matchmaking screen again, it tells me that I have been banned for 24hours and need to finish 2 low prio games.

The prio game id is 46901023. I played very bad so I can say I'm not cheating, too.
