First time I've made a character concept so critiques would be nice.
Diaz was born in Puerto Rico before it was part of America. He was taught that no matter who rules the island, they will always be Puerto Ricans. When the island became a state, the citizens became angry. Using this anger he summons the patrons to release Puerto Rico from America.
Gun: El Yunque: a double barrel 2 shot shotgun that does massive damage up close, mainly used for finishing off enemies. Each bullet could do 50 or so gun damage, 1.25 bullets per second.
Niños: summon 2 spirit children, HP is your spirit power x 1.4, dps is your light melee damage dealt in spirit.
12’s CD
Lvl. 1: -4 CD
Lvl. 2: + 1 child summoned
Lvl. 3: when you kill creeps there is a 50% chance they turn into children with half the health and damage
Amigo: choose a ally within 10m of you to copy, you place down a spirit copy of them that you inhabit for a short time.To your allies it will be transparent and have a blue shimmer around it. To enemies they will look like a regular hero. The copy has 1 hp, does no damage and is under your control. When damaged it will mimic the damage of the attacker by + x .8 your spirit power back onto the attacker and disappear. You cannot move while controlling the spirit.
20’s CD, 30’s live time.
Lvl. 1 : the spirit cannot be hurt by NPC’s
Lvl. 2: - 8 CD
Lvl. 3: the spirit can now fire the copied heroes weapon but has half the ammo.
A Mi Que (passive)
When in 8m proximity of your summons you take 15% less damage, the damage is redirected towards your summons. The amount of damage shared is spread equally among summons, if the damage causes the summons to die, they explode doing 100 + x 1.7 spirit power, with the remaining damage going back to you.
Lvl. 1: + 8m
Lvl. 2: exploded summons give a poison effect on enemies within 3m of the exploding summon, this effect does not stack
lvl . 3: + 25% damage mitigation.
Vamos: teleport you and any enemies within range onto a beach in Puerto Rico. There you will fight 1v1 vs the teleported enemies. If you win, your side gets a boon per enemy killed, if you lose the enemies teleported gets sent back with a 5’s power increase where they were originally teleported from. When you teleport you bring with you any summons within 25m.
100s CD, 15m range
Lvl. 1: your and your allies abilities except 4 gets refreshed.
Lvl. 2: your allies, if in range, can choose to be teleported to to assist in the fight
Lvl. 3: x2 range
