Dexter - The Deadlock Version of Axe

Dexter weilds a brass knuckle in one hand and a sawed off shotgun in the other, he's a melee/gun focused hero operating best in closer range.

1: Overloading shot -> consumes more ammo to shoot a spread shot that applies a movement slow on enemies hit for 2seconds. Scales with gun.

AP upgrades:
1: Duration +1s
2: +1 ability charge
5: Applies -10% melee resist and -15% debuff resist to targets hit


2: Knockout -> Dexter hits with his brass knuckles dealing light melee damage and knocking out an opponent for a short duration (1s).

AP upgrades:
1: Duration + 0.5s
2: On hit gain 2m/s movement speed for 3 seconds.
5: Can now teleport to an enemy unit within 15m to strike.


3: Roundhouse kick
Passive: every 15 instances of damage received Jaxe does a roundhouse kick and deals a percent multiplier of his melee attack in an 8 meter radius

AP upgrades:
1: Range increase +2 meters
2: This attack gains a 15% melee lifesteal
5: This attack now scales off heavy melee damage.


4: Insult and Injury
AOE taunt enemies within 10m forcing them to auto-atack Dexter.
Duration: 2 seconds
Cooldown: 100 seconds

AP upgrades:
1: Duration +1s
2: Gain 20% bullet and spirit res for the duration
5: Increases the enemies fire rate by 10% for the duration of the taunt debuff and enemies can shoot with no magazine while affected.
