Dev Console does not look like normal console, cannot reset

A while back I changed my dev console keybind to F6 from F7. We are no longer able to change that keybind, but mine remains at F6, and when I use it, this Panorama Debugger pops up. I am unable to submit commands in it and I have no way of accessing the other console.

Would appreciate help figuring out how to get the normal console back so I can use the DPS meter.

This is also something that's happening to me now. No idea how to get rid of this functionality I don't need the super debugger panorama.

Hey, I actually just solved this by re-installing the game.
