Debuff resist duration display bug

When enemy hero has debuff resist the duration does not show on current hero. For example when using Stalkers Mark on an enemy hero with debuff resist the duration bar shown to Drifter for teleport time frame displays the same as if the enemy hero had no debuff resist thus the Stalkers Mark ends before the channel shown it would've ended thus causing miss timed TPs et.
