Debuff Remover active works when the user is not affected by debuffs in certain situations.
If the user is mantled on a rope, has a bridge buff, or has the rejuvenator they are able to use the active to receive a heal and an increase in move speed. The user can't have full health.
The glitch becomes harder to replicate once it has been used (e.g. healing on a rope might not work the next time).
