Death replay key rebinds itself

I hate using death replay because I lose information about the game for around a full minute.
I often unbind the key, but I find that when I launch the game (or perhaps when there are updates) they key has automatically rebound itself.

I would like this to stop happening, and I would also request that an option to bail out of death replay be added.
