Deadlock Graphic Designer - A tool for creating Item Tooltips

tier3matador.png

I've just got done using this tool to update a previous item concept of mine. I am (still) impressed. It's a little more demanding than Deadmock, but it does so much more so it's very much worth it to learn.

I only have one suggestion. Recently, I've seen a lot of red names (developers) reading this thread through their forum statuses, so they do know this tool exists. While this might be quite a challenge to implement, I think it might be a little neat if we could add another tab in the menu for curated community items created through this tool. I think it would be a really neat way to boost up good ideas in a place that Valve employees actually reads quite a lot.

While I really like the idea of an item database, I am not sure if I can even achieve that with my current skills. I first want to focus on getting the tool finished and refurbished for the new update.
I still have a couple of features I want to add for the item creation and then I was thinking of moving to ability creation too. After ability creation I am pretty much done with the stuff I want to add so I may try my hand at actually implementing an item database

Little update regarding the item shop rework update, I pushed a small update to DGD.
The update features the new item tooltips for custom colored items + a couple of small changes and fixes to how Scaling was displayed and image exports.
Below I've attached an example of a custom colored item with the new update.
