Deadlock crashes while using paint .NET

I use paint .NET and since the recent patch, actively using it (not just open) while Deadlock is open causes Deadlock to crash. paint .NET runs fine in this case, except a single hitch when Deadlock initially crashes.

I could use paint .NET while Deadlock was open just fine previously
