Getting the above error causing my game to crash randomly. Just happened now and gave me a 6 hour ban... any hope to be unbanned or is deadlock off the table for my day off

Any tips to fix the problem? I saw some other posts were people had success messing with their RAM refresh rate, but this didn't seem to help me. Maybe lower it even more??? IDK
