Summon a strong gust of wind over an area, shoving all heroes and spirit projectiles away from the center of the cast location.

More Context:

The initial casting of Cyclone will shove heroes out of the white area. The Windspeed is 12m/s, meaning players must move faster than that to pass through the wind. Players can dash through the winds or jump over them easily. Spirit-Based Projectiles that make contact with the wind will be redirected to the outside of the circle (ex. Alchemical Flask, Frost Grenade, Serrated Knives)

TRAP VERSION: Alternatively, this item could be implemented as a trap item which sucks heroes/minions into the eye of the storm, forcing them to dash to escape. Contact with the wind might afflict spirit damage or slow.

the visuals and concept of creating a dash only area is so good

like forcing enemies out unless they are at x speed is very potent with any slow effect added in
 
im pretty sure this + slowing hex would just break the game for some characters
The trap idea would definitely break the game, but if you were to try and trap someone against a wall with the push, a walljump would be enough to escape unless if it's got a low roof like the juke closets.
