Custom Street Brawl random repeats

After a couple of recent custom games on Street Brawl we noticed that the same characters were coming up repeatedly when using the random selection, shuffling between players but the same set of characters. Waiting about half an hour changed to a different set of repeating characters, at which point we swapped to a random number generator. Unfortunately these were custom matches so I do not have exact times or matchIDs but they were approximately from 930pm PST to 1030pm PST today.

random hero randomizer is broken. i played 4v4 street brawl with friends in custom lobby and every game we get same heroes in cycle.
