Custom match - Street brawl same heroes if random

So i play custom match 3v3 street brawl games and we all pick random hero
But for some reason, if you do random heroes in lobby, on next game whole lobby get's similar characters, they just shaffle between players.
Because of this bug me and friends are forced to re-create lobby instead of playing same lobby
