Custom Matches are bugged after last update

when you start the game, it pushes u to select hero window again, you get into the game, but it's permanently this window until u select a hero. the same as a spectator
another thing u can do is F7 > disconnect/quit > rejoin

and the whole ui is bugged... video attached

We were having this issue as well when hosting a tournament. Additionally, a player of ours selected Lash but ended up getting Paige. Upon review of the footage, the game started without showing the character chosen but Lash was the drafted character. Here is the clip for context.
