Currently my rank isnt updating at all

i have started playing deadlock not too long ago ( i have 200 hours ) and i started on initiate 1 and climbed all way up to arcanist 1 in like 100 hours but after that my rank didnt change at all , im currently on a 20 game win streak without losing once and im still stuck arcanist im currently being put in oracle and phantom lobbies and even if i win my rank is still arcanist 1, its just not changing at all

I could be wrong but individual characters have their own weight in terms of rank, that could be part of the problem if you tend to play many characters. If you hone in on a fix amount you might see improvements. Correct me if I am wrong here if anyone sees this but for sure I know individual heros have their own rank weight.

i only play 2 characters drifter and paige and they both have the green little arrow next to them, im not tweaking about my rank not changing its ok for me, but it kinda bums me out seeing all my friend rank up and im still arcanist even if my win rate is 70% !

Me and my friend group are also struggling with this, my rank has moved from oracle 3 to oracle 3 over the course of these games, I am not an oracle player I do not have the mechanics by a long way - both party and solo queue games are a real struggle which is fine for me but my friends below archon just get rolled.

I'll have to make a smurf, I think my rank is probably low emissary in reality.

edit - after losing 7 kelvin games in a row I did fall to oracle 2, only to go back to oracle 3 after winning one game. The mmr *is* changing, just far too slowly IMO.

I played a bit last year. Probably about 20 or so hours and got Initiate IV. Since returning for the update and logging nearly 100 hours. My rank hasn't moved at all. People over on Reddit have told me it is updating, but I don't see how that's possible. I do mostly duo queue with my daughter who's at Seeker V and the matchmaking seems fair to me. She's surprised my rank is so low though cause she feels like I usually wind up with MVP in our matches. Here's my reddit post that has some screenshots.

Tracklock and statlock sites both show me as Seeker II, which I've been told also aren't accurate. I'm thinking there's potential for some accounts to just be bugged and the only thing I can think that may have impacted it is I've changed from Windows to CachyOS between the two updates AND/OR I've also changed my Steam username and community profile URL since then too.

Are either of those things something anyone else here has done?

Maybe it's possible changes like that need to be re-synced between Deadlock and Steam on the backend?
