Yup. I can't play at all in the week because of the stupidly restricted timezones. I know it's a videogame but how is anyone meant to play ranked unless they don't work in the week? By the time I've finished work, eaten, chilled, it's already 8pm which means I've already missed the window because the devs think British people go to bed at 8pm
