I love this game, I have over 400 hours in this game and i want to continue to improve and get better as im currently not the best, but I'm stepping away from the game until these issues get fixed.
Matchmaking: The matchmaking quite simply doesn't work. Every game feels completely unbalanced from player standpoint, you either get stomped or stomp the enemy team. even the wins don't feel satisfying because there are games where you just do nothing because someone many ranks higher than you just plays a carry and does everything for you.
Smurfing: This brings me on the next problem: smurfing. I am a high Initiate/low seeker player and every game is just full of them. I hate these players as they just completely ruin the game for everyone else and the report function doesn't seem to work as they're just everywhere. I cant possibly get better or have any meaningful impact in the game when every match is riddled with them.
Balancing: Finally, balancing is bad. Laning against a Mina is the most unfun this game has ever been. and heroes like Pocket are just stupidly overtuned. Especially with the previous two points, it feels like to win a game at my level you just play haze and farm for 40 minutes before insta killing the team. Its just boring and doesn't make a fun game.
As I said until these issues get fixed I'm done with the game.
