Crosshairs offset from center

Multiple resolutions, all the same distance, the crosshair is off to the rightby a large margin.
1440 and 1080p resolutions, no change.

Red is my monitor assistance, yellow and black is in game. Difficult to test but the offset does seem to match the gunfire
