This was working right before today's patch. Repro:
1. Download any replay and watch it.
2. Select any hero.
3. Mouse wheel up to zoom into the person's perspective.
Before the patch, this would show a crosshair so you could see their crosshair placement. After today's patch, this no longer shows.
