[Critical UI Bug] Ability Slot 3 completely missing from HUD/Action Bar

Summary:During a match, the 3rd ability slot completely disappeared from the HUD. The keybind '3' was unresponsive, and the ability icon was missing from the UI (only 1, 2, and 4 were visible).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load into a match (happened with Infernus and another hero).
2. Play normally.
3. Observe that Ability 3 is missing from the interface and cannot be cast.

Expected Result:Ability 3 should be visible and usable on the HUD.

Actual Result:The UI shows a gap between abilities 2 and 4. The ability slot 3 is gone.

Context:This happened in at least 2 different matches. Respawning did not fix the issue.
