happened twice to me again for the Luggage Cart binded to 3 (Match ID: 41764246). I have hero specific keybinds for most of the heroes I play. For lash it also happens with 3, with the flog ability. The rest of the abilities for both of these characters are set to E & Q and 4 for ults. I wonder if that has something to do with it. Ive not had this problem with default keybinds, however resetting the key binds in game doesnt fix the bug when it occurs, only rejoining
