Crashing to desktop constantly since latest update

My game crashes constantly since the latest update. I received a ban after my game crashed 5-6 times in a single game. When loading back into the game I have no audio. One of them caused steam to crash also..

I didn't crash at all on previous patches.

Event log shows a nvlddmkm error 153 error at the time of the crash.

I am on the latest NVIDIA drivers, Ryzen 7700x, RTX3080, 32GB 6000mhz RAM. No overclock. Running @4k, low settings.
I can't even get through a bot match without it crashing to desktop.

Update: Switching from Direct3D to Vulkan seems more stable after one bot game. Still hesitant to try an actual game as I dont want another ban

I'm seeing almost the exact same thing as this. I tried switching to Vulkan, and eventually the game started crashing again. I've gone from sometimes crashing once every other game to sometimes crashing 5-10 times a game.

Reducing my RAM speed to 4800mhz seems to have fixed my problem. Two games without issue.

Tried reducing my RAM speed as well to 4800mh and am still seeing crashes.

I did notice that with this update my GPU was working pretty hard. Clocking around 80-90% Load (3080 Ti) Even with Video Settings set to Low and Performance Mode etc.
Once I enabled V-Sync, it gave me alot of perf back on my end. Seem to be the one thing that got my GPU to stay around 30% Load.

Upd: Changed Dx11 to vulkan at least it worked for me

i have been experiencing this crash since july; vulkan appeared to work at first but has since resumed crashing: can provide .mdmp on request.
as it stands, the game is unplayable for me.
