Good day,
I'm running into an issue where the game crashes to desktop right before I connect and load into the pre-match wait area. I can queue up for a regular match, wait, and walk around the hideout just fine. When I get connected to a match, I get the usual loading screen for loading into a match, but after a few seconds it freezes up, and the game closes. Very thankful that it does not seem to be actually connecting me to the match and giving me an abandon, but also not quite sure what could be causing it.
I'm running the game on a Windows 10 OS. I've updated my graphics drivers (on my super-old, super-bargain-bin graphics card, yes.) Here's my system info:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Quad-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB
Graphics Card: Radeon RX Vega (8 GB)
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Not sure if anyone else is running into this issue either. Happy to provide any other relevant information upon request.
