Crashing every time a new match starts and bans keep accumulating

Tried joining a match at 5 am IST today, it said match found but then instantly deadlock closed completely and i was stuck staring at my desktop, relaunched the game, and i couldnt see anythign in my match history but I was banned for 2 hours

So I went to sleep

Opened the game right now and tried to matchmake in a party with friends, match found and game froze

Relauched the game, friends told me match got cancelled and now I am sitting with a 1 day ban!

Any help and removal of ban requested!

I am on a day ban and same I hope they fix it i really wanna play

Should probably share your OS and hardware as well, OP. Don't think the crashes and freezes are normal.
