Crash on startup

Game crashes on startup, i verified files, deleted the game through steam, cleaned leftover game files with uninstaller, reinstalled the game and it still doesn't work.
I see screen with Valve's logo, then i see Deadlock's main menu sky with Deadlock network offline (as usual on startup) for a splitsecond and it closes without any error.
