This item is a vessel that is filled with the residual spirit of your cast abilities. While the vessel is being filled, your total spirit is increased (with the maxed amount of spirit given scales with boons).
The fill rate of the vessel is based off the spirit scaling of the used ability multiplied by a base fill rate of 5 with the total of 100 that the vessel can hold.
When the vessel has reached a threshold of 50% can be thrown, what it does when thrown can be one of the below effects, haven't decided. Each effect improved by spirit scaling.
• Do straight spirit damage in an area, grenade style.
• Release residual spirit that is filled in the jar to share with team in an area. Kind of like heroic aura but spirit.
If the player manages to exceed the jars capacity of 100, it will explode on the player, dealing self damage (Scaled with spirit). The fill rate indicator will turn red above 80%.
Once the jar is either thrown or overfilled, goes on 30 second cool down, jar cannot be filled on cool down.

Rough idea, numbers should definitely be adjusted, hope its worth something.
