Counterspell does not block Djinn's Mark

For some reason, Mirage's Djinn Mark is apparently the only ability in the game in which the damage cannot be blocked by Counterspell. It does block it if you parry before Mirage adds the first stack, but once you have stacks you cannot block it from triggering, unlike other build-up effects.

I'm pretty sure this is caused by Djinns mark being considered a damage over time ability like afterburn. You can't counterspell afterburn damage ticks but you can counterspell it's build up (you can also counterspell buildups like silencer btw)
