File keeps getting corrupted, got my second ban now, after the first corrupted file ban, I redownloaded the game but still getting issues, at first it crashed to desktop with no error message and then got file corruption error. Steam tries but doesnt verify and just gets stuck on 0%

It's been happening to me, sometimes is "pak01.vpk" sometimes is the midtown map file.

Game crashes upon loading a match and I get the corrupted file fatal error, then, when I try to verify the game files, it gets stuck at 0% for a while, no matter what I do (restarting steam, restarting pc, relog) it just stuck until it decides to verify them.

I even did PC maintenance a few days ago to verify it is not my computer (no problems with any other game).

Of course, this crash and corrupted files gets you a leaver penalty.

I just had this same bug, and it wouldn't let me join the game, saying it's stuck in a 0% update. When I tried to reinstall, it actually would refuse to do so, forcing itself in the unscheduled section.

Hi, just happened to me with the midtown map being corrupted and had to clear the Steam cache just to get my shit to be able to launch, and now I'm in the low priority queue. Game was running fine for I kid you not at least 6 hours and the literal, exact second i attempt to queue and load into a game, only then does it crash and keep me out long enough to just slap me with a penalty. Really really really frustrating, to say the least
