Cooldown reduction from Enchanter's Barrier does not visually change tooltip

The bonus cooldown reduction while having spirit shield from Enchanter's Barrier DOES reduce the cooldown of your skills, but it doesn't show that reduction in the tooltip. With Enchanter's bought

I dont think the spirit is either, same with bonus spirit and CD from caster buff. ALso think Grey Talon ult isnt giving him the spirit.

This is still a bug I believe, just noticed this, but ya it isn't shown in tooltips but seems to still work as intended.
