Context ping causing it and the rest of the radial menu not to load (?)

At the bottom of my friend's radial menu is the context ping. It generates fine most of the time until some point while playing where it stops generating the left to bottom left side of the radial menu. My hypothesis is that the pings are generated from the top in a clockwise direction. With the context ping at the bottom, I'm assuming that it glitches out and the rest of the pings don't get visually displayed (despite working).
