Constant jitter and game crashing since beginning of January

Since the beginning of January, I'm consistently getting large spikes in network jitter and sometimes it leads to the game crashing. When the jitter happens, the game completely freezes up and becomes unresponsive.

This has been happening for me too since December but running steam as administrator has helped significantly, at least that's all I changed recently and I haven't experienced the freezing since. Don't know the cause or if this is a valid solution but if you're not already it might help.

Same. Can't even test builds with bots or play with friends via custom game.
I assumed it has something to do with my router and I did a few tweaks. I improved my connection overall, but no results for Deadlock.
Router reboot might help, but not always. Matchmaking for me now is hit or miss. I even got banned for 6 hours by leaving before start to not ruin match for others. So I'm not gonna play until next update I guess.
